Just in time for the holiday season, The Manischewitz Company announces the launch of the 4th Annual Man-O-Manischewitz Cook-Off, a cooking contest designed to encourage home cooks to challenge themselves in preparing a kosher meal using the new Manischewitz all-natural Broth, made with real chicken and beef. Oh man, my son LOVES their matzoh balls - in fact I've posted about it before :) And my son loves almost nothing. I would love to enter that contest but to be honest I'd probably do nothing but make the soup, add carrots and leeks and the matzoh balls and call it a day!

Sometimes simple is delicious. I find that recipes that require less ingredients are better especially for those who don't have a lot of time to cook.
