I have been a member for quite sometime and I don't get a lot of emails from them. The ones that I do get periodically are filled with savings, sweepstakes or promotions.
Appreciate all the hard work that goes into searching for coupons and freebies. I typically try to use a coupon for everything I buy and you make my job easier.
