Glaceau Vitamin Water 10 Review

Most flavored watered beverages on the market right now are full of sugar and unwanted calories. This is not beneficial when trying to lose weight or cut down on your calorie intake. I know most may say that they are healthier and or better than soft drinks. But when looking at the ingredients they are on only slightly lower, but not enough to make a real difference. I'm extremely picky with certain drinks as most don't offer anything nutritional at all which is quite sad. I don't drink too many flavored drinks as I don't like artificial sweeteners but I will make an exception for a small few.

Recently, I was offered the opportunity to review Vitamin Water 10 in exchange for my honest opinion. At first I thought that these would contain a lot of sugar and calories but they did not. The flavors were not as strong as the traditional vitamin water drinks but if you are craving something sweet these are a good alternative. My favorite flavor by far is the lemonade as it is very refreshing and it taste so good, I just cant get enough of it. Overall I really enjoy drinking vitamin water 10. I just wish they made the flavors a bit more stronger therefore the natural sweeteners would not carry over an aftertaste. But other than that they are all pretty tasty.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention that these work really well after a long workout. So I would definitely recommend taking a few with you to the gym or have them next to you when doing an at home workout.
