According to SodaStream, each bottle of their soda-mix syrups makes about 12 liters of soda (about 33 cans) for around 25 cents per 12-once can, now that's a lot of soda. So far, we were able to make approximately 14 liters of the soda-mix syrup in the carbonating bottle that was provided with the kit.

I'm still using the 60 liter carbonator that came with the Genesis Home Soda Maker. I've made five soda-mix syrups and a few bottles of sparkling water. Surprisingly, the carbonator hasn't ran out of fizz just yet - which is a good thing....of course.
How to use:
Simply fill the reusable carbonating water bottle with cold tap water. Twist the bottle until it's securely in place making sure not to over tighten. Press the carbonation button located at the top of the machine until you hear a buzz, repeat two times to fully carbonate the water. If you would like to add in the soda-mix syrup, fill the measuring cap with soda mix. Then slowly pour the mix into the bottle, making sure to slightly tilt it. Then close bottle and shake gently. Now you're all done!
