YogaBuddies Bedtime Stories Preview from Danay DiVirgilio on Vimeo.

Thanks to Yogabuddies the past week has been a breeze for me. All I had to do was play the Bedtime Stories DVD a few hours before bedtime and this allowed them to become calm and relaxed.
Yogabuddies features 3 bedtime stories that are narrated by Denay Di Virgilio, and it also includes easy yoga poses that are simple enough for your little one to follow. My kids and I definitely will be using Yogabuddies many more nights to come.

Pose of the Month
Sit with legs extended out in front of the body and feet are flexed with toes pointing toward the ceiling. Try to have a straight back and inhale the arms up overhead, slowly exhale pulling the chest toward the knees and reaching the fingers towards the toes, if able, grab onto toes.
Try holding the pose for 3 breaths (long inhales and exhales), then 5, and 10 breaths. See if you can practice patience in moving farther in the pose.
Interesting I wonder if this would be the kind of thing my daughter would be interested in she's 8
