My Nutrisystem Weight Loss Journey

October makes the third month since I have been on my Nutrisystem diet plan and I have to admit that it has been a real struggle, but it's been extremely worth it. Getting up every morning to workout has been really hard for me as my body hasn't felt this much pain in such a long time. But considering that I have so many unwanted pounds left to lose I'm hanging in there until they are all gone. The Nutrisystem Meal's that I have received has been a huge help in my weight loss journey as they are close to the foods I ate when I was not on the plan. On a normal day, I wouldn't typically eat oatmeal but I find myself loving it on my Nutrisystem diet plan. To be honest, I didn't see myself making it this far as I thought I would grow tired of it quickly. Boy was I wrong as soon as I started to actually lose weight I figured I owed it to myself to keep going no matter what.

To date, I have lost 25 pounds and I feel so good about myself.  I know I have to lose 60 more pounds to get to my ideal weight, but now that number looks more realistic now that I'm on my Nutrisystem diet plan. I would like to thank my friends and family for all the support they have shown me. As they have kept me from eating foods that I will be sorry for later, and believe me they have been on me.

Stay-tuned for more Nutrisystem updates coming soon......
