My Nutrisystem Weight Loss Journey - A New Year and A New Me

I haven't had a tremendous amount of discipline when it came to what I ate over the Holidays. But thanks to Nutrisystem for being their for me every step of the way, I still managed to lose 15 pounds during the holiday season. I admit, it was extremely difficult to cook and prepare big meals for my family, but self control helped me not think about food the way that I use to. Surprisingly, I was not cranky or moody seeing all those delicious cakes and pies as I relied heavily on the cakes and snacks that Nutrisystem has to offer. Believe me when I say imagination went a long way but it helped big time as for once I did not pig out on Pumpkin Pie which is my absolute favorite by the way.

So far, I have lost a total of 40 pounds without having to exercise on a daily-basis and I am continuing to lose about 2 to 3 pounds a week (Woohoo). The weight loss has given me a new outlook on life as now I'm more happier than before and the amount of energy that I now have feels fantastic. I know this may sound silly but all the people that have made me feel bad about my weight in the past have now took notice to my new look. Although, I still have more to lose it just feels good that my family and friends actually notices a big difference which has motivated even more to reach my goal for 2011.

This programs actually works whether you love to cook or not especially if you like the convenience of already cooked meals that includes shelf and both frozen entrees. I'm never hungry and I eat 5 to 6 times daily (small portions of course) and my body doesn't feel all blah at the end of the day. Also, I have to give a lot of credit to my success to their website as it's very informative and teaches you the proper way of eating with the healthy mix of veggies, protein, and other store bought items to help you maintain a healthy weight-loss.

I would like to thank everyone who has followed my weight-loss success over the past couple of months as your comments and support has meant more to me than you will ever know. Also I would like to thank

Disclosure:

Nutrisystem products are provided to me in conjunction of my being apart of the Nutrisystem15 program.

  2. Congrats on losing during the holiday season. I actually lost during Halloween, Thanksgiving, and even Christmas, but suffered a setback right after Christmas and up until now. Today, I am returning to using MyFitnessPal, daily exercise, and sticking to a food diary, which has really worked for me. Good luck with your continued success!
