Let's face it, supplements certainly aren't something most people crave or savor. However calcium is necessary for building strong bones and teeth and some say it may help prevent osteoporosis. Most women know that calcium is good for their bodies and some of us (including myself) don't get enough of it, but supplements simply aren't sexy.
I've tried several different brands of calcium supplements - most of them were extremely hard to swallow because of their large size, chalky coating and sticky texture. Fortunately, I learned of a new way of taking my calcium supplements and luckily it doesn't involve having to drink milk, choke down huge calcium pills or having to take those chalky soft chews.

Adora Premium Dark Chocolates |
My new found love is Adora Calcium & Vitamin D Chocolate Supplements. These little chocolatey morsels are just absolutely delicious! I simply can't believe that these are actual calcium supplements. Did I mention that they only have 30 calories per serving -- provides up to 50% of the daily value of calcium and most importantly they are gluten free. What I like most is the fact that these are easy-to-digest and have minimal amounts of sugar.

What I received! |
These have definitely made dieting so much easier for me as they are so yummy to where they feel more like a treat than a boring old supplement. I do however only take one each morning with my morning cup of coffee as a tasty little side treat (YUM). On a funny note: I did have to hide these from my son as he seriously think these are candy and he honestly don't believe me when I say that they are calcium supplements. My son went as far as cleaning his room which he never do in order to get more of these. Just know they are pretty addictive but you must remember they contain 500 mg of calcium per disk.

I know the above photo doesn't do this chocolate much justice, but I hope it gives you a general idea of what the product looks like. I'm only working with a 5 mp camera which rarely captures all the details.
