Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill Review

Burrito Especial with Grilled Chicken, anyone? If you're looking to try something that's aperitive and appetizing, Rubio's offers a full menu of palatable choices, such as seafood burritos, grilled fish tacos, hand-battered fish tacos, and much more. There's literally something on the menu for everyone. And, it's the perfect place to take the kiddos, especially if they're picky eaters, like my kiddos.

The Grilled Chicken Burrito Especial is packed full of flavor and it's satisfyingly delicious! This delectable burrito comes fully loaded with nice-sized chunks of grilled marinated chicken, creamy guacamole, salsa fresca, creamy chipotle sauce, black beans, creamy sour cream, and a nice layer of Mexican rice -- wrapped in a warmly toasted whole grain tortilla -- aw yeah, BABY!

Let's not forget about....

I've heard so many rave reviews about the Original Fish Taco, so I thought I'd try it out myself. It was extremely tasty, and the flavors really worked well together. However, I just wish the taco had just a little bit more sauce to balance out the cabbage, salsa and corn tortilla. Other than needing more of the white sauce, I thought this taco was really, really GOOD!

No Mexican meal is complete without......

This savory Mexican Rice was bursting with fresh, bold flavors. And, it really complemented the Burrito Especial with Grilled Chicken quite well. I must admit, I'm totally addicted to this burrito.
