Everyone has days when things simply don't go the way they planned, we've all experienced them, and we know how they can bring us down emotionally. If you've ever had one of these type of horrendous days, it can be extremely easy for you to take that frustration out on your family. We need to acknowledge that there will be days like this (whether we experience them ourselves or someone else) and we need to do our best to lift that person up and let them know that we're there for them. It will allow you both to look forward to a better day tomorrow.
When someone in your family is feeling down, lift them up as much as possible, they'll need it more than you'll ever know. Take something positive from that bad day and do your best to focus on that rather than the negative. You'll find that focusing on the positive from their bad experience will help you both move forward.
It's situations like these that the three-time Grammy® award-winning gospel duo Erica and Tina Campbell face in Season 2 of WE tv’s hit series Mary Mary as they balance being recording artists, mothers, and wives. MARY MARY premieres Thursday, December 6 at 10|9c and moves to its regular timeslot on Thursdays at 9|8c, beginning December 13. Watch a sneak peek here!
