Deluxe Beefy Nachos

Hey! Hey! Hey! It's Super Bowl Sunday!! I'm jumping up and down with excitement (literally). We're ready for the BIG game, are you? If not, what are you waiting for? To kick things off, we've put together a super easy (and delicious) super bowl snack that we know you're going to love. Who loves Nachos? We sure do! Why? Haven't you been listening? Because they're delicious, and super easy to make. Within 30 minutes you'll be serving up a warm, delectable snack that'll please even the pickiest of Niners or Ravens fan. They're really good, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Now, lets get this super bowl party started!!

What you'll need

  • 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef (90% lean)
  • (2) 16-once cans of Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans
  • (1)  Can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 
  • (2) 15-ounce cans of El Mexicano Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • (2) 10-ounce bags of Tostitos Scoops Tortilla Chips
  • (1) bunch of green onions (finely chopped) optional
  • 1 large Red Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 2.25-ounces Early California Sliced Ripe Olives
  • (2) Packages of Taco Bell Seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
Let's get cookin'

Brown meat and Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Green Chillies in large skillet on medium-high heat until meat is thoroughly cooked. Drain fat. Stir-in Taco Bell Seasoning mix and 3/4 cups of water and bring to a medium boil. Then gradually reduce heat and simmer until the meat sauce has thickened. Set aside. Then in separate pan heat the the beans over medium heat until hot. In another pot warm-up the cheese sauce until creamy.

Top the Tostitos Scoops Tortilla Chips with all the above ingredients; Preferable order - Chips; Cheese; Refried Beans; Meat Sauce; Sour Cream; Tomato; Green Onion; Olives and Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional. Lastly, you can sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top, if you like.
