Quick & Easy Smoked Turkey and Mushroom Pizza

Smoked Turkey and Mushroom Pizza Recipe

2 (13.8 oz) Cans of Pillsbury Refrigerated Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain
6 to 7 Pieces of Hormel Natural Choice Smoked Deli Turkey, chopped
1 1/2 Cups of Ragu Homemade Style Pizza Sauce
1 (8 oz) Package of Kraft Natural Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
1 (8 oz.) Package of Sliced White Mushrooms

First: Place some parchment paper on top of the baking sheet to prevent the crust from sticking (optional). Then place the uncooked Pillsbury Refrigerated Artisan Pizza Dough onto the baking sheet. Take both your hands and the pizza dough and form a ball (optional).

Heat oven to 400F

Place the pizza dough in the middle of the baking sheet, then smooth the pizza dough with a pizza roller until you have reached your desired shape.

Place the dough only in the oven for about 8 minutes, then take it out and let it cool (preferably one minute). Once the crust has completely cooled, generously coat with sauce and cheese.

Then layer it with mushrooms

Evenly spread the chopped smoked turkey across the pizza... then bake the pizza for 6 to 10 minutes OR until the crust is a nice golden brown.

End result: A tasty cheesy pizza that your kids will love. Easy Peasy, right? Oh, and its delicious, too!

Here's the finished look.......yum!

Enjoy!

  9. This looks delish. I would have to replace the turkey with chicken b/c my mom is allergic and we bring our families together quite often to eat :)

  27. This recipe sounds quite simple to make and would not be too costly to prepare. I've been looking for inexpensive meal ideas since my husband was laid off. I plan to copy this recipe to try later this week. Thank you!
