As the summer starts to wind down and the fall begins to earnest, it's the perfect time to start thinking about all the sweet things that bring joy and happiness into our lives. Summer may be officially OVER (holding back my warm summery tears), but the fall is the perfect season to savor the sweet things that makes us happy. Everybody has something that makes them happy, right? Um, we sure do! And today, we're going to share the sweet things that bring us joy via photos.
(Flowers) They're so beautiful and they cheer me up when I'm feeling down.
(Writing) I LOVE writing! It's my way of relaxing after a LONG hectic day. Gotta love it!
(Cooking) Um, everyone likes to eat, right? We sure do! I LOVE cooking for my family because it brings me joy and happiness. The smiles on my family's face after a good meal makes this mama feel MMMM, MMMM Good!!
(The Meow Meow) Last year (around this time) she showed up on our doorstep hungry, so we gave her something tasty to eat. She's smart, loving and we LOVE having her around.
(Diet Coke) My day wouldn't be complete without a fizzy sip of Diet Coke. It's the best drink EVAH and I LOVE it! I'm totally ADDICTED to the fizz, and the way it tickles my lips. It's my everything, and NO other can take its place, not even the non-diet version. It brings me JOY and happiness. It literally makes me feel like a SUPER Mama.
Do you LOVE Diet Coke? It's deliciously GOOD, right? YUM!
Some facts and background for you:
Aspartame is enjoyed by millions in low-calorie products, like yogurt, chewing gum and soft drinks. In fact, it has been extensively tested for safety by the World Health Organization, US Food and Drug Administration and the European Food Safety Agency. While the safety and benefits of ingredients like aspartame are supported by more than 200 studies spanning 40 years, The Coca-Cola Company understands that people may still have questions. They are making it a priority to address these questions and provide information and education to reinforce aspartame is an ingredient people can feel good about. For the skinny on aspartame, please check out this informative infographic from The Coca-Cola Company Beverage Institute for Health & Wellness.
